Ng\u00e0y 06\/06\/2016 B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i Vi\u1ec7t Nam ban h\u00e0nh C\u00f4ng v\u0103n 2046\/BHXH-CSYT h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn thanh to\u00e1n BHYT theo m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1edbi. \u0110\u1ec3 c\u00e1c b\u1ea1n n\u1eafm r\u00f5 chi ti\u1ebft, K\u1ebf to\u00e1n Centax xin chia s\u1ebb v\u1edbi c\u00e1c b\u1ea1n qua b\u00e0i vi\u1ebft \u201c <strong>Thanh to\u00e1n b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf<\/strong> theo m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1edbi &#8221; nh\u01b0 sau:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1. Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">T\u1ea1i C\u00f4ng v\u0103n 2046\/2016\/BHXH \u2013 CSYT ng\u00e0y 06\/06\/2016 c\u1ee7a B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u1ec1 vi\u1ec7c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf theo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/Lao-dong-Tien-luong\/Nghi-dinh-47-2016-ND-CP-quy-dinh-muc-luong-co-so-can-bo-cong-chuc-vien-chuc-luc-luong-vu-trang-312623.aspx\">Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 47\/2016\/N\u0110-CP<\/a>\u00a0c\u1ee7a Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 trong thanh to\u00e1n chi ph\u00ed kh\u00e1m ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>\u201c<\/em><em>Ng\u00e0y 26\/5\/2016 Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 ban h\u00e0nh Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1\u00a0<strong>47\/2016\/N\u0110-CP<\/strong> quy<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf <\/em><em>\u0111\u1ed1<\/em><em>i v\u1edbi c\u00e1n b\u1ed9, c\u00f4ng ch\u1ee9c, vi\u00ean ch\u1ee9c v\u00e0 l\u1ef1c l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u0169 trang, c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c thi h\u00e0nh k\u1ec3<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y<\/em><em>15\/7\/2016 nh\u01b0ng t\u00ednh h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>01\/05\/2016 l\u00e0 1.210.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/th\u00e1ng. \u0110\u1ec3\u00a0th\u1ed1ng nh\u1ea5t th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n\u00a0trong thanh to\u00e1n ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 kh\u00e1m, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m y t\u1ebf (BHYT), B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i Vi\u1ec7t Nam h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 nh\u01b0 sau:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em> Ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 th\u1ebb BHYT \u0111i kh\u00e1m, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u00fang quy \u0111\u1ecbnh, c\u00f3 t\u1ed5ng chi ph\u00ed m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n kh\u00e1m, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n 181.500 \u0111\u1ed3ng (m\u1ed9t tr\u0103m t\u00e1m m\u1ed1t ngh\u00ecn n\u0103m tr\u0103m \u0111\u1ed3ng) t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 15% m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00f9ng chi tr\u1ea3.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em> M\u1ee9c chi tr\u1ea3 t\u1ed1i \u0111a cho m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 cao, chi ph\u00ed l\u1edbn c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u00e0 48.400.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng (b\u1ed1n m\u01b0\u01a1i t\u00e1m tri\u1ec7u b\u1ed1n tr\u0103m ngh\u00ecn \u0111\u1ed3ng) t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 40 th\u00e1ng l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em> M\u1ee9c c\u00f9ng chi tr\u1ea3 chi ph\u00ed kh\u00e1m, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh trong n\u0103m l\u1edbn h\u01a1n 6 th\u00e1ng l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf l\u00e0 7.260.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng(b\u1ea3y tri\u1ec7u hai tr\u0103m s\u00e1u m\u01b0\u01a1i ngh\u00ecn \u0111\u1ed3ng).\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2.
